We sell off of our floor stock and have more in our local warehouses. We do not sell online.
When purchasing furniture from our store, you have the option to pick it up at our warehouses or get it delivered. Please contact us for any questions.
Stuckey Furniture offers express in-home delivery and set-up. Our professionally trained delivery personnel will assemble and set up
your merchandise in your home, as well as remove all packaging materials. Prior to your delivery, you will be provided with an approximate
2 hour time window in which the drivers will arrive. Please keep in mind that we do a high volume of deliveries every day, and for this reason
we are unable to request any specific times. It is best to select a delivery day in which you know someone can be home to accept your delivery.
For your convenience, you may provide us with a call-ahead number; and our drivers will contact you when they are on their way. To serve you
more effectively, our store and office personnel maintain close contact with the drivers throughout the day via cell phone. Please understand
that some circumstances are beyond our control which may cause unforeseen delays, and we will do our best to keep you informed when these
situations do arise. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we ask that you follow the guidelines:
Prices vary based on your address. Please contact us to find out your cost and if you are in our delivery area. Each store delivers up to a 60 mile
radius from the store's physical location. Delivery time frames vary based on the items you purchased.
When your order is received in our warehouse, we will notify you it is ready for pickup. Each of our three stores has a warehouse attached. When we contact you
to pick up your purchases, make sure you know which location to go to. Before you arrive to pickup your merchandise, please call ahead and verify our
warehouse hours. Generally, it will take 30 minutes to load your order. Our staff will load your merchandise and have you sign for the merchandise
you have taken from our location. We CAN NOT be held responsible for damaged merchandise once it has left our premises. Please inspect furniture
Our pick-up hours are Monday-Saturday, 10am-5pm, at all locations. To allow our employees time for worship and family, all locations are closed on Sunday.
In the unlikely event that you find the product damaged or damage occurs to your property, home or business, it must be reported to our Manager
the moment it occurs while our warehouse staff is there. No claims will be allowed after the drivers have left your property.
To contact the Manager, call the store location from which you purchased your furniture and ask for the Manager.
To place an order, you must apply a 50% deposit to your account. As a general rule, there is a 25% restocking fee for items returned or not picked up.
A call will be placed to you when we receive your order, and it is ready for pickup.
